Sun Protection

All Jan & Jul sun hats are rated 50+ UPF, effectively blocking 98% of UVA/UVB rays. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, a sun hat with a UPF rating of 50+ provides excellent protection. Our fabric’s UV protection comes from the weave of the fabric which, unlike solutions or additives, will never fade away.

Design Details

We incorporated our trademarked Gro-With-Me^® smart design into our adult sun hats so that you can get the perfect comfortable fit. Just toggle it on the go with the adjuster at the back. We don’t want the wind to take your hat away, so we added a chinstrap with an adjustment toggle. This strap is fully removable with secure clips on both sides.
