Our office/warehouse is located in Richmond, just south of No. 6 Road and Cambie.

 

Position Overview:

Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager, you will be a member of our current creative marketing team participating in cross-functional collaboration with product development and e-commerce teams.

We strongly believe in the quality and purpose of our products. With the goal of growing our audience, you are expected to convey the uniqueness of our products by creating digital assets for online product listings and other marketing channels.

This position includes, but is not limited to, tasks in the following areas:

  • Listing images: helping with product photo editing & making feature images
  • Website building and updating
  • Amazon storefront updating
  • Creating digital content – written & visual for email marketing, social, ecommerce, etc.
  • Filming and editing simple videos
  • Conceptualizing and creating other print items: banners, brochures, signage, order forms, POS signage, etc.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Participating in teamwork, ensuring “all-hands-on-deck” attitude during busy periods.

 

Experienced In:

  • Branding Strategy
  • Photography and image editing
  • Videography and editing
  • Layout and content creation
  • Copy writing

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Graphics Design / Design / Marketing or related credentials
  • 1-2 years graphic design experience
  • 1 year E-commerce experience
  • Photography/editing skills
  • Excellent visual arts and graphic design skills including layout, photography and basic video production
  • Superior language skills – must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS office
  • Advanced Adobe Suite skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere/video editing equivalent is a plus
  • Must be a creative individual, with passion and enthusiasm for adorable kids, fashion design, and all outdoor activities – rain or shine!
  • Must be an independent and self-motivated individual, as well as a team player who can take direction and criticism
  • Candidates are required to present a portfolio of their work.

 

Working Hours:

 This position requires at least 7 hours/day M – F. As we are a globally focused company and responsive to expanding and contracting workflows, this position must be available to work the occasional weekend and for overtime as required in order to meet business and customer needs.

 

Salary:

Negotiated based on qualifications.

Our office/warehouse is in Richmond, conveniently located close to Cambie & No. 6 Road.

 

Position Overview:
You are part of our customer service team with responsibilities including:

  • Offer exceptional, engaging, personal and timely customer service via incoming/outgoing calls, emails, our social media channels and E-marketplaces such as amazon etc
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Assist customers with placing orders, exchanges, resend and returns
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Possess thorough product knowledge to answer questions and explain sizing, features and benefits
  • Possess working knowledge for Shipstation and Shiphero for checking inventory and order details, creating shipping labels for resend and return orders. Knowledge of E-marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) for order fulfillment, inventory & messages
  • Follow and contribute to our customer service manual

You are also part of our sales team supporting our sales manager with responsibilities including:

  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Engage in sales activities, measure progress, and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Maintain sales records and follow-up for collection of payment
  • Provide other administrative support
  • Conduct additional projects that build community, enhance branding and customer experience

Desired skills/abilities/training/education:

  • Computer literate, proficient in MS office.
  • Well-versed in sales, comfortable reaching out to potential customers via phone, email and social media.
  • Proactive yet able to take and follow through on direction, from clients to fellow team members. Highly developed detail orientation to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Learning new things and adapting to changes are part of your DNA and it shows in being hardworking and always looking for better ways to approach problems.
  • Although required to work often alone, it is always part of a team of which sales and customer service play a vital role.
  • Fluent in business English. Advanced to fluent skills in other languages (both written and verbal) will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of High School Diploma preferred.
  • The candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in hands-on work/customer service area.
