Everyday Jacket!

It is perfect for Vancouver fall + winter weather! My 3 year old wears it everyday and she loves it. It also gives me a peace of mind that she is warm when she does outdoor activities :). Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful coat

I am getting so many complements on this coat for my daughter. It’s true to size, I love how it’s long to keep my little one warmer. I live in Northern Ontario and it gets very cold here and I know she’ll be toasty warm in this coat. The colour is my favourite and polar bears are a nice touch.

Disappointed with Waterproof Winter Coat Performance

I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, so it pains me to leave a less-than-stellar review. I recently purchased a waterproof winter coat for my three-year-old daughter with high hopes of keeping her warm and dry during the colder months. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of expectations.

Despite the product's claim of being waterproof, my daughter's shirt underneath gets soaked up to her elbows whenever she wears the coat during outdoor play. This unexpected flaw has led to discomfort and inconvenience, which is not what I anticipated when investing in a supposedly high-quality winter coat.

I have promptly contacted customer service, a resolution is still pending. I appreciate their efforts in handling the matter, but the fact that the problem exists in the first place is disheartening.

As a parent, I value reliability and quality in children's clothing, especially during winter. Unfortunately, this particular purchase has left me questioning the reliability of the waterproof feature. I sincerely hope the brand addresses this issue promptly, as it directly impacts the functionality of the product.

In conclusion, I'm disappointed with the performance of this waterproof winter coat and the inconvenience it has caused. I remain hopeful that the brand will rectify the situation and uphold the reputation I have come to expect over the years.
