Knit Shoe Insole

After receiving feedback from our customers regarding the knit shoe insole, we have discovered that the blue cotton topper that is glued to the top of our EVA insole has been easily peeling off when coming into contact with water or sweat. Unfortunately, we did not catch this in our initial testing stages when we made the switch from a polyester topper to a cotton one.

If the top layer of your knit shoe insole has begun peeling off, we would like to send you a pair of new and improved insoles – free of charge, of course.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers and their families and we greatly appreciate your business with us, and of course, your patience in all of this!

If you have had this issue, and need replacement insoles – please place order below (you will not be charged). Reference the number (EU sizing) on the bottom sole of your knit shoe for correct sizing.

Our Knit shoes are the most comfortable shoes you own! They feature a smooth, all-over comfort knit fabric, air-cushioned insole and lightweight, flexible soles. The smooth knit fabric allows for excellent ventilation, while air-cushioned & cotton-lined EVA insoles offer extra breathability from underneath and provide shock-absorbent comfort.In the fall of 2020, we changed the insole topper of our knit shoes to improve comfort and breathability. However, as spring and summer approached, we started to get feedback from our customers about the insole toppers peeling off. We started investigating and found out that as knit shoes got more use with bare feet and get wetter through water play in warmer weather, the peeling issue became even more apparent. Our initial testing did not reveal this problem.We acted as soon as we can and have a solution. We will start sending out improved replacement insoles to those who had issues with knit shoe insoles. Our improved insoles are long lasting and will stand many hours of play and multiple washes! If you have had this issue, please place an order here to request yours.

right balance between support and cushion

Cushioned insoles are add comfort to the kids walking experience. They fit well with the shoe and absorb sweat not just the shock. These do the job as well as near-identical soles that are twice the price.
