Toasty-Dry Booties: Kids Boots for Three Seasons!
And we’re off, September is here! School has started for the kids and just like that, the days are getting cooler with the winter weather fast approaching. This morning on the way to school drop off, when the grass was still dewy and the air crisp, my kiddo was wearing her Toasty-Dry Booties. These boots can easily be worn for three seasons – in the Fall, we pair them with leggings or pants for walking to school or going to the park. And on adventure days, they work great with our fleece and rain/snow gear.
Versatile for Three Seasons
Both my girls HATE cold feet and it’ll ruin an outing if they get them. The first thing my preschooler noticed about the Toasty-Dry Booties was the cozy Sherpa lining. Here in Vancouver, it’s chilly from the fall through early spring, so these will get a lot of wear over the three seasons. When shopping for kids boots, I’m always looking for the perfect balance between being warm enough, being able to handle a bit of moisture, and versatile enough for our three seasons of unpredictable weather!
Easy On, Easy Walk
Shoes my three-year-old can put on herself are essential. These booties open wide and have an easy Velcro strap my daughter can do on her own. I also love that the kids don’t trip over these boots, especially my newly walking one-year-old.
How They Fit
Because of the cozy lining in these boots, I sized up for both my girls. I was curious how they’d fit my narrow footed 3-year-old and they’re great. She did a full sprint in them today when we were late for school (oopsie… late already and it’s only the first week!).
Just looking at these boots gets me excited for trips to the pumpkin patch and hunting for a Christmas tree on the farm. Going on these outings without hearing complaints of cold feet makes me even more excited, haha!
